The personnel were extremely helpful-especially Sylvia in the reception. The small room was spotless and the bathroom was very modern. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast we have had in Paris.It was good to have a kettle in the room so that could have a cup of tea whenever we wanted. We could walk to the Arc de Triomph in 10 minutes and there was an underground nearby. It was also a 5 minute walk from Port de Maillot -so it is handy for the bus to Beauvais Airport.

great value for the money. Our room was a decent size and very comfortable. Nice bathroom, great shower pressure. We came with an infant and they knew exactly who we were when we walked in the door and had a room with a baby cot ready for us.

Free wi-fi to stay connected, free breakfast and welcome drink were a bonus! Plus a free lunch to go was also included in the prices. The location was fantastic, 2 minute walk to metro and a few blocks from Arc de Triomphe.

They will come in and clean your room even if you put the Do Not Disturb sign up. I was later informed you must actually tell reception that you don't want your room cleaned. Whats the point of the sign then...I'm not sure. Walls are very thin, you can hear anything and everything.

Located on a quiet street very close to the subway and a conference center. At the same time for 20-30 minutes it is possible to reach the historic center, the Louvre, the shopping center and Charles de Gaulle airport (by taxi). Breakfast is varied and rich. Staff very friendly and competent. The ratio price - quality is optimal.

I bit far out from the centre

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Boxed lunch was a nice touch. This was my second time staying at this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone. Easy to get to when driving, secure parking is available a block away.

A little far from the main sites....

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The location is great for conferences nearby. And the hotel was very English friendly.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. I wouldn't fault anything and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was ideal for location and was within walking distance to all the attractions. It was very clean and tidy and great value for money. It was that good I am returning in 4 weeks, can't wait.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is very good and box lunch that is provided is an nice bonus. The location is very strategic; Metro is closeby and area is quiet.

Very small bathroom, door opened only half way, so it was really difficult to get in. It would be impossible for any bigger persons. Breakfastroom was also small, you have to be early to fit in.

location, grocery, restaurants, pharmacy and other services are close by, has small elevator, great breakfast, has A/C, excellent staff, clean and comfortable, close enough to Argentine station of the Metro and Hertz rental car, homely and warm neighborhood, small hotel but cozy

Small rooms

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and really made us feel welcome. The room, although small, was clean and well kept. The location was perfect for us. It wasn't far from the highway so we didn't have to navigate too many crazy city roads and there was a large parking garage nearby (the hotel stamped our ticket for a reduced rate). Transportation to all the sites was a short walk away. The bagged lunch they provided was great. If we return to Paris, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We really liked everything about this hotel, but if I had to pick something, I would say breakfast selection was small (but typical) and there wasn't much room.

Excellent staff, I can't sing their praises enough!!
